Problem

Field adoption of a cooler-tracking app stalls when the only reward for scanning is the scan itself. Separate incentive programmes add cost without stress-testing the product.

03.02.2

Approach

An interactive Next.js and MapLibre demo over roughly thirteen thousand anonymized coolers and thirty thousand visit events. Last scan owns the cooler, never-scanned units spawn as capture targets, and a client-side engine derives ownership, streaks, and a leaderboard from static JSON.

03.02.3

Outcome

A playable pitch map and stakeholder brief that show how product usage and game mechanics can be the same loop. Case study only; the pilot is not a public product.
