I work between technical teams and the people who have to live with what they build. Most of my job is translating a vague business requirement into something a system can actually do, then saying no to the parts that would not survive a year in production.

At AoFrio I lead IoT implementation. That means device telemetry arriving from commercial refrigeration units across several countries, the pipelines that make it queryable, and the alerting that tells an operator something is wrong before a customer calls.

Before the AI work I spent five years on data engineering, which is the reason my agents have logging and my retrieval has evaluation. The interesting failures are almost never in the model.
